GYXTW introduction
The GYXTW optical cable is a central loose tube outdoor communication cable typically used for aerial, conduit, or duct installations. It is characterized by a small outer diameter, light weight, and ease of installation, with common fiber counts ranging from 4 to 12 cores.
Central loose tube: Optical fibers are housed within a central loose tube filled with a water-blocking compound to protect them from moisture.
Steel tape armor: The loose tube is wrapped in a layer of double-sided plastic-coated steel tape, providing moisture resistance, lateral crush resistance, and rodent protection.
Parallel steel wire reinforcement: Two parallel steel wires are embedded on either side of the sheath to enhance tensile strength and facilitate aerial installation.
Polyethylene outer sheath: The outermost layer is a polyethylene sheath, which offers excellent weather resistance and is suitable for outdoor environments.
1.Operating temperature range: Typically -40°C to +60°C; some products can withstand -40°C to +70°C.
2.Allowable tensile force: Long-term tensile force is approximately 600 N; short-term tensile force can reach 1500 N.
3.Allowable lateral pressure: Long-term lateral pressure is approximately 300 N/100 mm; short-term lateral pressure can reach 1000 N/100 mm.
4.Bending radius: 20 times the cable diameter during installation; 10 times the cable diameter during operation.
5.Mechanical properties: Resistant to tension, abrasion, impact, and crushing.

Composite Wooden drum
A budget-friendly alternative to fumigated wooden pallets; it is cheaper and suitable for countries that prohibit the import of raw wood packaging, though it should not be exposed to prolonged rain.
Plywooden drum
Packaged using plywood and cardboard-an economical choice suitable for 1 km lengths of cable.
Roll packing
The hollow-roll with plastic packaging, which closely resembles a tire in shape, is the most economical packaging option.
