Tension control is the core: proper tension setting, tension interlocking control, and online monitoring are key to preventing tension-induced fiber breakage.

Path optimization is the foundation: standardizing the fiber routing path, keeping guide wheels and ceramic eyelets clean, and ensuring proper alignment of the separator plate can effectively eliminate mechanical damage.

Impurity control requires a two-pronged approach: source control (raw material quality) and in-process filtration (melt screen) are both indispensable.
