## II. Complete Production Process at the Source Factory

### 1. Fiber Optic Coloring Process

24-color standard spectrum inks are used for curing and coloring, distinguishing fiber order, preventing color mixing and fading, and meeting the identification requirements for fusion splicing.

### 2. Loose Tube Buffer Layer Processing

Colored optical fibers are placed into PBT loose tubes, filled with water-blocking grease, and with excess fiber length reserved. This provides resistance to tension, low temperature, and water pressure, forming the core structure for waterproof and damage-resistant optical cables.

### 3. SZ Stranding Cable

Multiple loose tubes are bidirectionally stranded using SZ stranding, combined with water-blocking yarn and a central reinforcing core to form the cable core; power optical cables (OPGW/ADSS) additionally have aramid and metal armor added to enhance tensile strength.

### 4. Sheath Extrusion Molding

PE/low-smoke halogen-free LSZH/flame-retardant PVC outer sheath is extruded; underground models add steel/aluminum armor for rodent and crush protection, while aerial models have a thickened weather-resistant sheath.
### 5. Comprehensive Factory Inspection (Core Advantage of the Source Factory)

100% Inspection of Each Reel of Optical Cable:

- OTDR Full-Range Attenuation and Breakpoint Testing;

- High and Low Temperature Cycling, Immersion Pressure Resistance, Tensile and Flattening Mechanical Testing;

- Flame Retardancy and Smoke Density (LSZH Optical Cable Special);

- Dispersion and Return Loss (Compatible with PON/APC Optical Paths).

### 7. Finished Product Packaging / Patch Cord Processing
