Before warehousing, materials undergo 12 rigorous tests, including tensile strength, temperature resistance, and flame retardancy. Substandard materials are resolutely rejected, eliminating potential quality risks from the source.
Process Monitoring, Standardized Manufacturing Processes: The production line is equipped with an online monitoring system that collects key parameters such as fiber attenuation, sheath thickness, and cable core roundness in real time. The data is automatically uploaded to the MES system, achieving full traceability throughout the production process. Each optical cable undergoes eight quality control checks before leaving the factory, including OTDR bidirectional testing, mechanical performance testing, and environmental adaptability testing. Test data is permanently archived to ensure that each cable meets GB/T 7424.1 and the highest industry standards.

During the warranty period, we will replace any quality defects caused by materials or workmanship free of charge and bear the related installation costs. Laying Process Inspection: At critical nodes of air-blowing or traction laying, we provide remote or on-site inspection services to monitor traction force, speed, and bending radius data in real time, ensuring that the construction process meets specifications.
Fusion Splicing Guidance and Acceptance: We provide fiber optic fusion splicing process guidance to assist the construction team in optimizing fusion parameters; after laying, we can cooperate in conducting OTDR bidirectional testing and acceptance to ensure that the attenuation, return loss, and other indicators of each fiber optic cable segment meet design standards, and issue a test report.
