What fiber types do you use?
We mainly use brand new qualified fiber: G652D for long-distance trunk communication, G657A1/A2 for bending-resistant indoor and wiring projects. All fibers have stable transmission performance and low loss.

**Fiber Grease Filling and Injection Standard Process**
**Grease injection filling**
Grease injection filling is a waterproof anti-corrosion mandatory process during loose tube cable assembly in cable factories. Special optical fiber jelly is heated to constant fluid temperature to guarantee smooth full filling without bubble residue. Automatic filling machine injects qualified jelly into finished PBT loose tubes before fiber threading.
Two types of grease are applied separately:
-**Direct contact with bare fibers**: fiber grease for direct contact with bare fibers features low friction coefficient to reduce fiber displacement abrasion;
-**Filled between stranded loose tubes**: cable core grease filled between stranded loose tubes has high viscosity to block capillary water permeation.
The workshop controls filling density and filling rate to avoid excess grease overflow or hollow filling. Full grease filling is the core manufacturing process to upgrade outdoor cable water resistance grade.
