Duct installation is typically carried out in urban areas; given the relatively favorable environment within these conduits, there are no special requirements regarding the cable's protective sheathing, and armor plating is generally unnecessary. Prior to installation, it is essential to determine the length of each specific installation segment and designate the precise locations for cable splicing points. During the installation process, either mechanical pulling equipment or manual traction methods may be employed.
